Description

You will develop firmware for critical substation monitoring and diagnosis systems within real-time embedded environments.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

  • Lead firmware development activities, including quality control and project scheduling.
  • Develop firmware solutions for embedded systems with a focus on Linux and real-time operations.
  • Perform pre-qualification and verification testing to support the development team.
  • Ensure product compliance with all regulatory requirements.
  • Support the transition of products to mass manufacturing and provide post-release technical support.

Required Skills

  • Embedded C/C++ development in hard real-time, multi-threaded environments.
  • Experience designing embedded systems architecture in a Linux/Yocto environment.
  • Hands-on programming of peripheral interfaces including UART, I2C, and SPI.
  • Proficiency with Embedded Linux and High Speed Serial IO.
  • Strong analytical skills for root cause determination and issue resolution.
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electrical/Electronics Engineering, Computer Science, or equivalent.
  • 3 years of professional experience.

Preferred Skills

  • DSP programming experience.
  • Familiarity with Matlab for development support.
