Description

You will develop, validate, and maintain BIOS/UEFI code for server hardware, owning the firmware build tools and release processes.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Write, debug, and test embedded firmware code for server platforms.
• Manage firmware build tools and oversee release processes to testing teams.
• Recreate and resolve technical issues reported by the test team.
• Perform unit testing and provide technical support for hardware-related issues.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in embedded firmware or software development.
• 5+ years of professional experience with C programming.
• Direct experience with UEFI (Unified Extensible Firmware Interface) or BIOS.
• Hands-on experience with x86 and ARM processors.
• Experience with hardware boot sequences and system bring-up.
• Extensive experience with Windows and Linux operating systems.
• BS degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or Computer Engineering.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with OpenEDK and Git version control.
• Knowledge of Agile methodologies and strong analytical debugging skills.
