Description

Lead firmware development and testing for in-house Battery Management Systems (BMS), LTE-enabled BMS Supervisors, and DC001 Charge Controllers.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Design, test, and iterate firmware for BMS and charge controller hardware.
• Own end-to-end product quality from design through deployment.
• Debug complex hardware and software interactions within the battery R&D stack.
• Collaborate across functional boundaries to ensure on-time delivery.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in embedded software development.
• Expertise in C and C++.
• Deep knowledge of communication protocols including I2C, SPI, UART, and CAN.
• Experience with ARM, ESP, and RENESAS microcontrollers.
• Hands-on experience with hardware components including ADCs, LTE modules, CAN transceivers, and GPS modules.
• Strong problem-solving and hardware-level debugging skills.
