Description

You will develop firmware for a custom SoC within a research team.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Develop firmware to integrate custom image sensors with an MCU.
• Write firmware to interface with hardware acceleration blocks.
• Create bootloaders and test applications for peripheral interfaces.
• Test firmware against hardware and document design performance analysis.

Required Skills

• 8+ years in Firmware or Embedded Software Development using C/C++.
• 2+ years developing drivers for camera sensors on new ICs.
• 2+ years developing firmware with multi-core SoCs or MCUs.
• Experience with Zephyr OS, Embedded Linux, or other RTOS.
• Experience with MCU, IMU, Barometers, Magnetometer, I3C, SPI, UART, and USB.
• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, software engineering, or relevant field.

Preferred Skills

• Familiarity with MIPI C-PHY and image sensors.
• Experience with Embedded Linux and kernel drivers.
• Low power optimization of embedded systems.
