Description

Manage QaaS workflows and support the firmware development lifecycle from inception to completion.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate with firmware payload PMs and the QaaS team during US daily stand-ups to support QaaS management.
• Manage the firmware qualification backlog and prioritize requests through daily syncs with the v-team.
• Drive Azure DevOps (ADO) management, including intake creation, tracking, and linking QaaS trackers to firmware release ADOs.
• Maintain accurate ADO data, including firmware lifecycle dates, qualification ETAs, and sign-off documentation.
• Bridge communication gaps between payload firmware developers and QaaS test engineers while monitoring and reporting test defects.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience as a Technical Program Manager or in a technical role involving systems experience.
• Knowledge of building low-level software to run on hardware, such as Firmware, BIOS, BMC, or BSP.
• Experience with software architecture design and communicating solutions to complex technical problems.
• Proven ability to manage complex, cross-group, cross-business, and cross-disciplinary projects.
• Proficiency in Azure DevOps (ADO) for task, backlog, and lifecycle management.
• Experience in defect identification and test result analysis.

Preferred Skills

• Background in synthesizing complex technical requirements for hardware-software integration.
