Description

You will develop firmware and hardware systems to integrate high-performance MEMS sensors into AR/VR and wearable devices.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Develop firmware and hardware systems for MEMS sensor integration into AR/VR systems.
• Design, set up, and execute practical experiments on IMUs, magnetometers, pressure sensors, and ultrasonic transducers.
• Collaborate with research and engineering teams to develop DSP algorithms for sensor systems.
• Perform hardware bring-up and validation for client hardware and software systems.

Required Skills

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or a related engineering discipline.
• 3+ years of experience developing firmware for ARM-based processors using C and C++.
• Experience with mixed-signal circuit design, including power supply, signal conditioning, and clock synchronization.
• Experience with analog and digital circuit design, validation, and debugging.
• Hands-on experience developing drivers and debugging communication protocols including I2C, I3C, SPI, USB, Ethernet, and WiFi.
• Proficiency using benchtop equipment such as logic analyzers, oscilloscopes, and signal generators.
• Strong interpersonal skills for cross-group and cross-culture collaboration.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with Python, Matlab, or FPGA design and RTL development using Verilog or VHDL.
• Experience with MEMS sensor/actuator design, integration, or validation.
• Familiarity with Linux-based kernel development (Android) or RTOS platforms like Zephyr.
