Description

Develop and execute automated testing for embedded firmware systems.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Develop automation scripts using Python to validate firmware functionality.
• Perform signal analysis using oscilloscopes and hardware measuring devices.
• Analyze hardware schematics to facilitate testing and debugging.
• Validate embedded modules including ADC, DAC, PWM, EEPROM, Flash, timers, and clocks.
• Work within Agile methodologies and CI/CD environments to support release cycles.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of embedded firmware experience.
• Proficiency in C and C++ (C++11, C++14, or C++17).
• Experience with 16, 32, or 64-bit ARM controllers and IAR IDEs.
• Hands-on experience with SPI, I2C, or serial port protocols.
• Expertise in Python for test automation.
• Proficiency with Git version control.
• Experience using debuggers and signal measuring hardware.
• Ability to read and interpret hardware schematics.

Preferred Skills

• Experience working in Agile methodologies.
• Background in CI/CD environment integration.
