Description

You will own the quality and delivery of firmware releases for refrigeration domain products through manual and automated testing.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Execute manual and automated test cases to validate firmware and software applications against technical specifications.
• Develop, debug, and maintain Python scripts to implement automation technologies and enhance existing frameworks.
• Perform regression testing to identify errors in legacy code following system changes.
• Debug hardware-level issues by analyzing schematics and using measuring devices.
• Document test results and maintain requirements traceability matrices to validate system interfaces.

Required Skills

• 4 to 6 years of experience in embedded product testing or the embedded product life cycle.
• Proficiency in Python programming for script creation and debugging.
• Hands-on experience with measuring devices including Oscilloscopes and Multimeters.
• Experience testing communication protocols such as CAN, IP, RS 232, and RS 485.
• Foundational programming knowledge in C and C++.
• Solid understanding of the SDLC, bug life cycle, and Test Management tools.
• Ability to read and understand hardware schematics for debugging.

Preferred Skills

• Experience coordinating with stakeholder teams to drive status calls and participate in design review sessions.
