Description

Architect and build automated test solutions for connected IoT products, ensuring quality across hardware, firmware, and mobile interfaces.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop end-to-end test automation frameworks for firmware and software validation.
• Build automated test procedures to support manufacturing workflows and improve cycle time.
• Integrate automated test execution into CI/CD pipelines for consistent quality releases.
• Validate networked devices using protocols such as Zigbee, BLE, and WiFi.
• Mentor internal and offshore test teams and manage third-party automation tools.

Required Skills

• 5-8 years of professional firmware engineering and test automation experience.
• Proficiency in Python, C#, and LabVIEW for framework development.
• Hands-on experience with chip-to-chip interfaces (I2C) for device communication.
• Test automation for networked devices using WiFi, BLE, Zigbee, or Z-Wave.
• Experience integrating automated testing into CI/CD workflows and producing metrics.
• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or related field.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with SPI, UART, and DevOps practices.
• Familiarity with CI/CD tooling (Jenkins, Travis) and test management tools (TestLink).
• Exposure to iOS/Android mobile applications and AWS-based services.
