Firmware Test Engineer

You will develop and troubleshoot test scripts to ensure firmware quality and performance.

Responsibilities

• Develop, modify, and troubleshoot Python test scripts for firmware validation.
• Conduct failure analysis, debugging, and root cause identification for test failures.
• Support hardware bring-up, configuration, and maintenance for specific projects.
• Apply knowledge of SSD firmware and architectures to support hardware and software integration.
• Participate in SCRUM meetings to report progress, challenges, and risks.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of experience in hardware and software troubleshooting and repair.
• Strong proficiency in C language.
• Expertise in Python for test script development.
• Deep understanding of embedded firmware and SSD architecture.
• Experience building test systems and conducting comprehensive testing.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment with clear communication.
• Degree in any graduate field.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with Unix command line environments and terminal operations.
