Description

You will own the firmware testing lifecycle for SSDs.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Design, implement, and debug automated test scripts for SSD firmware based on design specifications.
• Develop and maintain grey-box, black-box, and white-box tests to validate firmware features and algorithms.
• Execute functional, reliability, performance, and protocol-level validation, then work with firmware engineers to resolve issues.
• Own end-to-end test development lifecycle in JIRA, tracking stories, integration tasks, and defects.
• Collaborate with global validation teams to align coverage and improve test processes.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of relevant experience.
• Bachelor’s degree.
• Experience with Jira.
• Familiarity working with Firmware Engineers.
• Ability to develop and execute automated test scripts.
• Experience with black-box and white-box testing methodologies.
