Description

You will own the firmware test lifecycle, focusing on SSD quality, performance, and integration.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Develop, modify, and troubleshoot Python test scripts to validate firmware behavior.
• Conduct failure analysis, debugging, and root cause identification for test failures.
• Support hardware bring-up, configuration, and maintenance for project-specific systems.
• Collaborate with engineering teams to integrate hardware and software components.
• Participate in SCRUM ceremonies to report progress, challenges, and risks.

Required Skills

• 7+ years of experience in firmware testing or embedded systems validation.
• Strong proficiency in Python for test automation and scripting.
• Deep understanding of SSD architecture and embedded firmware principles.
• Hands-on experience with C language for low-level debugging and analysis.
• Proven ability to build test systems and execute comprehensive test plans.
• Experience troubleshooting hardware and software components effectively.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with Unix command line environment and terminal operations.
• Background in test algorithm development and architecture design.
