Description

You will design and develop custom solutions within the Five9 platform to meet business requirements.

Configure IVR systems, routing rules, agent scripts, and reporting analytics. Integrate Five9 with third-party systems including Salesforce and other CRM or helpdesk software. Develop scripts and automation to streamline processes and implement call routing decision trees. Test all custom solutions and integrations to ensure they meet functional and security standards.

Required Skills

• 8+ years of professional experience in development and solution design.
• Hands-on experience with Five9 APIs and web services.
• Proficiency in integrating contact center platforms with Salesforce and other CRM systems.
• Experience configuring IVR and complex call routing logic.
• Ability to develop automation scripts within the Five9 platform.

• Any Graduate degree.
