Description

You will develop and maintain end-to-end features across backend, frontend, and interaction management platforms. You own the operational performance and quality of services, including on-call rotations.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, test, and document full-stack features and interaction management solutions.
• Collaborate with product owners and designers to expand feature sets and build high-quality user interfaces.
• Contribute to architectural design processes for new products and scalable solutions.
• Coach and guide less experienced team members on engineering best practices.

Required Skills

• 4+ years of software development experience.
• 3+ years of hands-on experience implementing digital channels with Five9.
• Strong proficiency in backend development using PHP/Laravel, Python, or Java/Spring.
• Solid understanding of frontend development using JavaScript.
• Experience working within an agile development environment.
• Knowledge of software engineering practices including continuous delivery, automated testing, and defensive programming.
• Experience working with distributed systems and scaling monoliths.
