Description

You will manage client execution flows and technical onboarding for global stock exchanges.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Manage production releases and environments for CARE, DMA, and Algo workflows.
• Onboard new clients and maintain system interfaces and limits for existing accounts.
• Coordinate with client technology teams to support production business flows and product certifications.
• Analyze FIX log files to resolve order workflow and session-related issues.
• Collaborate with networking teams on firewall implementations and QA teams on regression testing.

Required Skills

• Minimum 2 years of experience in FIX client onboarding.
• High-level understanding of the FIX protocol.
• Proficiency in Unix and reading FIX log files.
• Knowledge of networking protocols including TCP/UDP, NTP, ICMP, and SNMP.
• Experience supporting complex, business-critical distributed systems.
• Front office experience, preferably with Futures, Equity Derivatives, or Electronic Trading Systems.
• Ability to act as the first point of contact for incident management.

Preferred Skills

• Interest in Java or C#.
• Availability to work flexible hours, including weekends.
