Description

You will own the operational uptime of the fleet by diagnosing complex hardware and software issues.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose complex hardware and software issues to ensure fleet operational uptime.
• Handle real-time technical escalations from field technicians.
• Parse and interpret vehicle logs and fleet data to identify historical trends and physical implications.
• Document and maintain troubleshooting guides and diagnostic procedures to expedite future resolutions.
• Define and capture data points required to validate the resolution of identified issues.

Required Skills

• 2-4 years of experience in transportation, aerospace, or autonomous vehicles.
• Proficiency with Python and Linux-based programming systems for data processing.
• Ability to comprehend schematics, electrical diagrams, and connector end views/pinouts.
• Experience with low/high voltage circuits and Unified Diagnostic Services (UDS).
• Familiarity with networking, TCP, and socket programming.
• Understanding of hardware and software systems architecture and communications.
• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or Automotive Engineering.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with electric vehicle technology and hands-on vehicle hardware work.
• Experience providing remote support for vehicle troubleshooting.
