Description

Manage software licensing, entitlements, and deployments using the Flexera SAM tool to ensure compliance and identify cost savings.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Maintain software publisher licensing information and track entitlements within the SAM tool.
• Analyze licensing agreements to create entitlement summaries and document use rights.
• Perform license reconciliation and update agreement data to ensure accuracy.
• Manage IT inventory, asset management processes, IT purchases, and technical service contracts.
• Identify savings opportunities for software renewals, licensing, and services.

Required Skills

• 3 years of experience in software asset management.
• Proficiency with the Flexera Software Asset Management tool.
• Experience managing IT inventory and asset management processes.
• Hands-on experience with IT purchases and technical service contract administration.
• Ability to perform license reconciliation within a SAM tool.
• Experience analyzing software licensing agreements and entitlements.
• B.E. degree.
