Description

You will manage the full business analysis lifecycle for the FlexPLM platform, from initial requirements gathering through implementation and post-implementation analysis.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop FlexPLM customizations to satisfy specific business requirements.
• Analyze and troubleshoot system issues to ensure platform stability.
• Provide direct technical support to end-users.
• Implement FlexPLM solutions using both Agile and Waterfall methodologies.
• Integrate FlexPLM with existing PLM, PDM, or ERP systems.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in Business Analysis specifically for PLM or PDM systems.
• Hands-on experience with the FlexPLM platform.
• Proficiency in Java, C++, JSPs, and Servlets for system customization.
• Experience with Microservices or SOA Architecture for system integrations.
• Practical knowledge of PLM/PDM/ERP system integration.
• Strong understanding of PLM and PDM principles within the retail, apparel, or fashion industries.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
