Description

You will provide desk-side technical support to various business departments. You will own the full lifecycle of end-user hardware and software, from installation to troubleshooting and maintenance.

Responsibilities

• Install, troubleshoot, and maintain end-user hardware and software.
• Manage hardware and software procurement, inventory, and allocation.
• Perform 2nd and 3rd line desktop support and fault analysis.
• Provide remote fault analysis using verbal communication and remote control tools.
• Coordinate with other service teams to resolve incidents and provision requests.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of desktop support experience.
• Strong Microsoft Windows OS expertise, specifically Windows 10.
• Fault analysis for Microsoft Office 365 Suite.
• Experience with Outlook and Exchange Online troubleshooting.
• Active Directory user account administration.
• Mobile device support.
• VPN and remote connection tool support related to broadband technologies.
• Software procurement experience.
• Strong communication and presentation skills.
