Description

Job Responsibilities include:

Develop and implement BPMN 2.0 workflows using Flowable for core business processes such as underwriting, policy issuance, and claims.

Design, build, and integrate RESTful APIs to connect with external systems including policy administration and document platforms.

Build and maintain Java/Spring Boot services, including Flowable delegates, listeners, and custom workflow tasks.

Orchestrate end-to-end business processes across multiple systems with proper exception handling and performance optimization.

Support testing, deployment, and troubleshooting of workflow applications in production environments.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance process automation and ensure seamless system integrations.

Required Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field.

4–6 years of experience in BPM development, workflow automation, or backend system development.

Strong expertise in Flowable BPM, BPMN 2.0, Java, Spring Boot, and REST API design/integration.

Experience working with JSON/XML, relational databases, and end-to-end process orchestration across multiple systems
