Description

You will design, optimize, and implement business processes using BPMN 2.0 standards and Flowable or Camunda engines.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Lead operational improvement projects to deliver measurable cost savings and productivity gains.
• Design current and future state process models, including implementation plans for transition.
• Partner with cross-functional teams to apply process engineering principles to business performance.
• Resolve technical obstacles and identify opportunities for process engineering solutions.
• Drive business process management through effective process development and change management.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of professional experience in process development or engineering.
• Proficiency with BPMN 2.0 standards.
• Hands-on experience with Java.
• Working knowledge of Camunda or similar BPM engines.
• Experience with Business Process Management (BPM) and Process Modelling.
• Competency in creating business process modelling use cases and instances.
• Bachelor of Computer Science.

Preferred Skills

• Familiarity with Flowable, JBPM, or similar modelling applications.
• Knowledge of Six Sigma, LEAN, or basic problem-solving methodologies.
