Description

Develop and maintain BPMN 2.0 workflows using Flowable for core insurance business processes.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement BPMN 2.0 workflows for underwriting, policy issuance, and claims.
• Build and maintain Java/Spring Boot services, including Flowable delegates, listeners, and custom tasks.
• Develop RESTful APIs to integrate with external policy administration and document platforms.
• Orchestrate end-to-end business processes across multiple systems with exception handling.
• Support testing, deployment, and troubleshooting of workflow applications in production.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in backend system development.
• Strong expertise in Flowable BPM and BPMN 2.0.
• Proficiency in Java and Spring Boot framework.
• Experience designing and integrating RESTful APIs.
• Working knowledge of JSON and XML data formats.
• Familiarity with relational databases.
