You will design and develop mechanical and fluidic components for complex systems, ensuring rigorous analysis and reliable execution.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop mechanical and fluidic components using Creo, creating detailed engineering drawings.
• Perform problem-solving using DMAIC, 8D, and A3 methodologies to resolve technical issues.
• Conduct pressure-flow analysis, evaluate control valves, and assess pumping technologies.
• Lead engineering change management using Windchill or similar PLM tools.
• Analyze experimental data using statistical methods to drive design decisions.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of engineering experience in complex electromechanical or fluidic systems.
• Strong knowledge of fluid dynamics, statistics, and experimental data analysis.
• Proficiency in Matlab, Simulink, Python, or C for algorithm development.
• Experience with Windchill or similar PLM tools.
• Experience with Test System Development, LabVIEW, and PLCs.
• Experience with stage-gate development processes and requirements cascading.
• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Mechatronics, Aerospace, Biomedical Engineering, or related field from an ABET-accredited program.

Preferred Skills

• Background in fluidic circuit design, micro-pump testing, and failure analysis.
• Schematic interpretation skills.
