• •Design, develop, and deliver scalable, high performance cross platform mobile applications using Flutter for Android and iOS while providing technical leadership to the team.
• •Integrate Flutter applications with native Android (Kotlin and Java) and native iOS (Swift and Objective C) components when required.
• •Establish development standards, CI/CD practices, testing strategies, and performance optimization approaches.
• •Ensure responsive, intuitive, and safety focused UI and UX for automotive environments, including Android Auto and Apple CarPlay experiences.
• •Collaborate with design, backend, and product teams to deliver high quality features, and perform code reviews, debugging, and performance optimization.
• •Provide leadership, mentoring, and stakeholder management, driving innovation and business focused solutions.

Skills and Experience Required

• •Mobile app development with Flutter and Dart for cross platform delivery
• •Native Android (Kotlin and Java) development
• •Native iOS (Swift and Objective C) development
• •MVVM architecture
• •Android Auto and Apple CarPlay hands on experience
• •RESTful APIs, GraphQL, Firebase, CI/CD pipelines, and cloud platforms
