Description

You will lead the mobility team in designing and implementing scalable, cross-platform mobile applications using the Flutter and Dart stack.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Define the overall application architecture and development roadmap for cross-platform mobile solutions.
• Translate business and technical requirements into scalable, high-quality application designs.
• Optimize application performance, including memory usage, battery consumption, and platform-specific bottlenecks.
• Oversee app deployment to the App Store and Google Play Store, including CI/CD pipeline strategies.
• Establish coding standards, development workflows, and mentor junior developers.

Required Skills

• 9+ years of mobile application development experience.
• 3+ years focused on architecting cross-platform solutions using Flutter and Dart.
• Expertise in state management libraries such as Provider, Bloc, Riverpod, or GetX.
• Strong experience with backend integrations using RESTful APIs, GraphQL, or WebSockets.
• Hands-on experience with Firebase (Firestore, Authentication, FCM, Cloud Functions).
• Proficiency with DevOps tools including Jenkins, Docker, or Kubernetes.
• Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines and SDLC methodologies.
• Experience working within Agile/SCRUM processes.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with FlutterFlow and native app development.
• Background in eCommerce or Banking domains.
