Description

You will lead mobile development as a founding engineer, building the product from the ground up.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Lead development and implementation of mobile applications using Flutter.
• Collaborate with founders to define technical vision, roadmap, and mobile architecture.
• Develop clean, efficient, and reusable code for iOS and Android platforms.
• Prototype ideas to validate concepts and integrate with backend services and APIs.
• Drive best practices, code reviews, and quality assurance processes.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of professional software engineering experience.
• Strong expertise in the Flutter framework and Dart programming language.
• Deep understanding of Flutter's widget-based architecture.
• Experience with state management solutions such as Provider, Riverpod, or Redux.
• Hands-on experience with iOS and Android mobile development.
• Proficiency in UX Design and responsive design principles.
• Ability to identify and resolve performance bottlenecks and scalability issues.
• Experience working within a startup environment.

Preferred Skills

• Prior experience in the fintech sector.
