Description

Lead design and solution development for assigned work across onsite and offshore teams. Act as the primary technical contact for the IST team during agreed hours to address codebase and design questions. Guide developers through quality assurance exercises and code reviews to ensure tested code before production. Create and present proof-of-concepts and mockups to validate technical directions. Provide strategic input and suggest technical alternatives to guide the team.

• Guide developers through quality assurance exercises and code reviews to ensure tested code before production.
• Create and present proof-of-concepts and mockups to validate technical directions.
• Act as the primary technical contact for the IST team during agreed hours to address codebase and design questions.
• Provide strategic input and suggest technical alternatives to guide the team.

Required Skills

• 7+ years of extensive experience with the Force.com platform.
• Experience working within a Scrum framework.
• Exposure to data cloud technologies.
• Proven ability to mentor development teams and conduct code reviews.
• Strong technical leadership and communication skills.
• Ability to manage design requirements for offshore teams.

Preferred Skills

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent graduate level education.
