Description

Lead design and solution development for the Force.com platform across onsite and offshore teams.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Lead design and solution development for assigned work across onsite and offshore teams.
• Act as the primary technical contact for the IST team to address codebase and design questions.
• Guide developers through quality assurance exercises and code reviews to ensure tested code before production.
• Create and present proof-of-concepts and mockups to validate technical directions.
• Provide strategic input and suggest technical alternatives to guide the team.

Required Skills

• 7+ years of extensive experience with the Force.com platform.
• Experience working within a Scrum framework.
• Exposure to data cloud technologies.
• Proven ability to mentor development teams and conduct code reviews.
• Strong technical leadership and communication skills.
• Ability to manage design requirements for offshore teams.

Preferred Skills

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent graduate level education.
