Description

Lead technical operations and onsite teams for assigned HVAC/R installation projects.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Direct and oversee the work of Apprentices and Journeymen on specific projects.
• Control job costs and maintain project labor hours within acceptable limits.
• Report on job status, performance, and request change orders as needed.
• Ensure compliance with installation policies, safety procedures, and PPE requirements.
• Develop and maintain productive relationships with customers, GCs, and subcontractors.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in commercial building construction or a related trade.
• Proven experience in Foreman Installation roles.
• Strong knowledge of construction principles and labor hour efficiency.
• Ability to organize tasks, delegate assignments, and manage time with minimal supervision.
• Competency in using computer tools including Email, Word, and Project Planning Software (Projectmates).
• Ability to give clear instructions and guidance to field staff.
• Strict adherence to State and Federal laws and safety policies.
