Description

You will implement and manage identity platforms using ForgeRock solutions, ensuring system availability and accessibility for customer-facing CIAM systems.

Responsibilities

• Implement authentication and authorization flows through Identity and Access Management systems.
• Design, develop, test, and deploy identity platforms using agile methodologies alongside product managers.
• Manage identity lifecycle processes including provisioning, de-provisioning, and authentication.
• Optimize user experience for CIAM interactions to ensure accessibility and ease of use.
• Provide troubleshooting and support for ForgeRock CIAM solutions to maintain system availability.

Required Skills

• Experience working with ForgeRock Identity Management solutions.
• Proficiency in Java programming.
• Understanding of Identity Governance and Administration (IGA), including access requests, integrations, provisioning, entitlements, and reporting.
• Experience with SQL and database operations.
• Ability to use REST/SOAP web services with tools like Postman.
• Scripting experience with Shell, Javascript, Python, or Groovy.
• Experience architecting IAM solutions in on-premises environments or cloud providers like Microsoft Azure or GCP.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to communicate complex security risks clearly.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with Customer Identity & Access Management (CIAM).
