Description

Engineer and support ForgeRock Access Management (AM) for workforce authentication, federation, and identity integration.

This role is hybrid.

Responsibilities

• Configure and manage authentication flows, federation, and application integrations using ForgeRock AM.
• Implement and support ForgeRock to Microsoft Entra ID federation in POC and production environments.
• Troubleshoot complex SSO, federation, and authentication issues across claims, certificates, and flows.
• Assess applications tightly integrated with ForgeRock to define migration or coexistence strategies.
• Support integrations with RSA, ADFS, and legacy identity systems while remediating non-standard patterns.

Required Skills

• 5+ years hands-on experience with ForgeRock AM, including authentication trees, federation, and access policies.
• Deep understanding of SAML 2.0, OAuth 2.0, and OpenID Connect (OIDC).
• Proven experience integrating ForgeRock with Microsoft Entra ID or Azure AD.
• Experience managing multi-IDP enterprise environments.
• Strong troubleshooting skills for authentication, claims, certificates, and federation flows.
• Experience supporting Identity Provider consolidation programs.
• Familiarity with MFA integration and authentication hardening.
• Any Graduate degree.

Preferred Skills

• Experience working with applications that do not support SAML/OIDC.
