Description

Operate material handling equipment to support shipping, receiving, and order fulfillment operations.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Operate reach, dock stocker, or sit-down forklifts to pick orders, unload trailers, and transport equipment.
• Use RF scanners to process inbound, outbound, and internal orders with accuracy in item and quantity.
• Perform cycle counts, quality assurance inspections, and stock consolidation to maintain inventory accuracy.
• Inspect inbound and outbound freight for damage and complete necessary documentation, including BOLs.
• Execute daily forklift inspections and report any required repairs to management.

Required Skills

• Minimum of two years of warehouse experience.
• At least one year of experience operating stand-up forklifts (Reach or Dock stocker).
• Current forklift certification for Reach, Dock stocker, or Sit-down models.
• Proven experience using RF scanning equipment.
• Ability to lift up to 50lbs and perform physical tasks including walking, standing, bending, and reaching for extended periods.
• Strong math, reading comprehension, and legible writing skills.
• High school diploma or equivalent education.

Preferred Skills

• Experience maintaining 5S standards.
• Familiarity with C-TPAT compliance and warehouse security policies.
