You will operate as a Level 3 support specialist focused on application maintenance and development.

Responsibilities

  • Investigate and resolve technical support tickets, including on-call duties.
  • Develop and implement application enhancements independently, aiming to become a Subject Matter Expert.
  • Contribute solutions to complex work-related problems and participate actively in team discussions.
  • Analyze project requirements and translate them into detailed technical specifications.
  • Mentor junior developers, guiding them on application development best practices.

Required Skills

  • Expert proficiency in Fortran programming language.
  • 7+ years of professional experience.
  • Strong understanding of the application development life cycle and methodologies.
  • Proficient in debugging and troubleshooting complex application issues.
  • Experience in performance tuning and optimization of mainframe applications.
  • Familiarity with version control systems and collaborative development tools.
  • Experience with Linux and SQL.

Education

Any Graduate
