Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and deploy AI-powered agents using Salesforce Agentforce.
• Partner directly with customers, business stakeholders, product teams, and engineering organizations.
• Identify and translate high-value AI opportunities into production-ready solutions.
• Build and optimize RAG pipelines, agentic workflows, prompt strategies, and multi-agent orchestration.
• Configure and customize Agentforce, Data Cloud, Service Cloud, Sales Cloud, and Einstein AI.
• Develop integrations between Salesforce, enterprise applications, APIs, middleware, and third-party platforms.
• Leverage LLMs and AI orchestration frameworks to deliver intelligent enterprise solutions.
• Conduct solution workshops, technical demonstrations, and customer discussions.
• Monitor and continuously improve AI agent performance, reliability, security, and adoption.
• Support DevOps, CI/CD, governance, and deployment automation.
• Create solution designs, technical documentation, deployment guides, and knowledge assets.

• 5+ years of Salesforce platform experience.
• Hands-on Salesforce Agentforce implementation – Required.
• Salesforce Service Cloud, Sales Cloud, Data Cloud, and Einstein AI.
• AI/LLM application development.
• RAG and Retrieval-Augmented Generation.
• Prompt engineering.
• Agentic workflows and multi-agent orchestration.
• AI orchestration frameworks and model integration.
• Apex.
• Lightning Web Components (LWC).
• Salesforce Flows.
