Roles and Responsibilities:

• Embed within client engineering teams to design, develop, deploy, and support production-grade applications and AI-powered solutions
• Drive end-to-end software delivery from requirements and solution design through implementation, testing, deployment, and post-production support
• Use AI-assisted development tools (e.g., Claude Code, Cursor, OpenAI Codex, GitHub Copilot, or equivalent) as part of the software development lifecycle
• Provide technical guidance on architecture, scalability, security, performance, and engineering best practices through design discussions and architecture reviews
• Establish and uphold coding standards, quality assurance practices, and engineering excellence across client engagements

Skills Required:

• 5+ years of hands-on software engineering experience delivering enterprise-grade applications in production environments
• Hands-on experience with AI-assisted development tools used daily in a professional software development workflow
• Proficiency in at least two programming languages with the ability to deliver backend, frontend, or data engineering components
• Cloud platform experience (deployment, configuration, monitoring, and troubleshooting) across enterprise environments
• Strong understanding of APIs, microservices architectures, CI/CD pipelines, and modern software development methodologies

Good to Have:

• Experience with LangChain, LangGraph, CrewAI, or AutoGen for building AI agents and workflows
• Certifications such as AWS Professional, Azure Solutions Architect Expert, TOGAF, or AI/ML specialty certifications
• Exposure to pre-sales activities including solution discovery, estimation, proposal development, and technical presentations

Education: Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or related field
