Description

Lead the design, development, and deployment of production-grade Generative AI applications and backend services.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor a team of AI engineers, establishing best practices for GenAI application development and integration.
• Design and build AI-driven applications in Python, integrating LLM capabilities into backend services.
• Develop and maintain RESTful APIs and WebSocket services using FastAPI or Flask.
• Implement microservices architecture to ensure scalable and modular AI applications.
• Oversee production deployment, monitoring, and continuous evaluation to optimize performance and reliability.

Required Skills

• 5.5 to 7.5 years of experience delivering AI/ML and GenAI solutions in production environments.
• Strong Python engineering skills for building AI-driven backend services and integrations.
• Hands-on experience with LLM development and optimization in production.
• Proficiency in building RESTful APIs and WebSockets.
• Experience with production deployment, monitoring, and performance evaluation.
• Knowledge of microservices architecture and modular application design.
• Education: B.Tech, BE, or higher (Any Graduation/Post Graduation accepted).

Preferred Skills

• Experience with OpenAI integration.
• Strong background with FastAPI for backend API development.
