Roles & Responsibilities:

• Bridge the gap between frontier AI products and production-grade reality within customer environments.
• Code, debug, and jointly ship bespoke agentic AI solutions directly within customer environments.
• Address blockers to production including solving integration complexities and data readiness issues.
• Resolve state-management challenges that prevent AI from reaching enterprise-grade maturity.
• Provide white glove deployment of complex AI systems for strategic accounts.
• Act as a critical feedback loop, transforming real-world field insights into product roadmap.
• Embed with strategic accounts to deliver production-ready AI solutions.
• Collaborate with DeepMind's engineering and research teams to solve customer challenges.

Experience Required: High-agency engineering experience with a founder's mindset, proven ability to work in customer environments, and expertise in deploying complex AI systems at enterprise scale
