You will bridge the gap between frontier AI products and production-grade reality within customer environments, shipping bespoke agentic AI solutions.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Code, debug, and jointly ship bespoke agentic AI solutions directly within customer environments.
• Address blockers to production by solving integration complexities and data readiness issues.
• Resolve state-management challenges that prevent AI from reaching enterprise-grade maturity.
• Provide white glove deployment of complex AI systems for strategic accounts.
• Transform real-world field insights into product roadmap feedback.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of high-agency engineering experience with a founder's mindset.
• Proven ability to work in customer environments and deploy complex AI systems at enterprise scale.
• Strong expertise in Python and Software Engineering.
• Experience with Generative AI, Machine Learning, and AI/ML Deployment.
• Proficiency with Google Cloud Platform and Vertex AI.
• Background in System Integration and Data Engineering.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with Gemini models, DeepMind technologies, and agentic AI solutions.
• Knowledge of state-management systems and data readiness optimization.
• Experience collaborating with research teams to solve customer challenges.
