The Role

Responsibilities:

Client Engagement & Solution Development

• Partner directly with client stakeholders, product owners, and engineering teams to understand business requirements and technical challenges.
• Design and implement client-specific solutions using Java-based technologies and AI-powered development tools.
• Translate business needs into scalable technical architectures and deployment strategies.
• Act as a trusted advisor, providing technical recommendations and solution roadmaps.

AI-Powered Engineering & Devin AI

• Utilize Devin AI and other AI engineering agents to automate software development tasks.
• Fine-tune AI-assisted workflows for coding, debugging, testing, documentation, and deployment activities.
• Evaluate and optimize AI-generated code for scalability, maintainability, and security.
• Implement AI-driven engineering best practices across software delivery lifecycle.
• Collaborate with product and engineering teams to improve AI-assisted development capabilities.

Software Development

• Design, develop, and maintain enterprise-grade Java applications.
• Build RESTful APIs and microservices using Spring Boot and related frameworks.
• Develop scalable backend systems integrating cloud-native architectures.
• Ensure high-performance, reliable, and secure application development.

Customer Deployment & Enablement

• Lead customer implementations, proof-of-concepts, and production deployments.
• Configure and integrate client systems with AI-powered applications and platforms.
• Conduct technical workshops, demonstrations, and training sessions.
• Troubleshoot complex customer issues and provide technical guidance.

Architecture & Integration

• Develop solution architectures across cloud and on-premises environments.
• Integrate enterprise applications with third-party APIs, databases, and SaaS platforms.
• Support CI/CD automation and DevOps best practices.

Drive modernization initiatives leveraging AI capabilities.

Requirements:

• 15+ years of software engineering experience.
• Strong experience in Java Full Stack application development.
• Strong experience in Devin and Claude at the enablement and adoption level
• Experience in building high value Devin playbooks for greenfield, brownfield and migration use cases
• Experience working directly with enterprise customers in a client-facing technical role.
• Experience deploying and supporting cloud-based solutions.

Preferred, but not required:

• Experience with autonomous software engineering platforms such as Devin.
• Exposure to multi-agent AI systems.
• Experience with Generative AI solution implementation.
• Knowledge of vector databases and semantic search.
• Experience integrating LLMs into enterprise applications.
• Familiarity with MLOps concepts and AI governance frameworks.
• Exposure to Palantir-style Forward Deployed Engineering environments.
• Consulting or customer-facing solution engineering background
