Build and deploy AI-driven solutions directly within client environments to solve high-impact business problems.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Translate ambiguous client requirements into production-ready technical and AI use cases.
• Design and develop end-to-end solutions using Python or Java, APIs, and data pipelines.
• Rapidly prototype and deploy GenAI applications, including LLMs, prompts, and agents.
• Integrate solutions into existing enterprise systems while ensuring reliability and security.
• Communicate complex technical concepts to stakeholders and support client demos.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of strong software engineering experience designing scalable systems.
• Hands-on production development with Python or Java.
• Practical experience applying the AI Development Lifecycle (AIDLC) to deliver AI solutions.
• Proficiency with GenAI and LLMs, including prompt engineering and building AI-powered applications.
• Proven ability to work in ambiguous environments and deliver solutions end-to-end.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with AI orchestration or agent frameworks (e.g., multi-agent systems).
• Prior healthcare domain experience, including claims, clinical workflows, or HIPAA/CMS regulations.
