You deploy and improve AI Agents directly with customers.

Responsibilities

• Architect, deploy, and improve AI Agents in customer environments.
• Build tooling to tune LLM-based features and deploy agents, MCP, and RAG in production.
• Own the end-to-end delivery of customer experiences for Conversational AI solutions.
• Collaborate across development, QA, and customer teams to meet implementation goals.
• Participate in regular on-call rotations to support deployed systems.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of professional experience.
• B.S. or greater in Computer Science or a related field.
• Proven experience with Typescript, JavaScript, or Python.
• Hands-on experience implementing generative AI and agentic AI applications in production.
• Experience working with REST APIs.
• Familiarity with cloud infrastructure.
• Strong ownership and customer empathy.
• Excellent communication skills for customer interaction.
