Description

You deploy, tune, and support AI Agents and conversational AI solutions directly in customer environments.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Architect and deploy AI Agents, including LLM-based features, MCP, and RAG, in production.
• Build tooling to tune generative AI capabilities and ensure reliable end-to-end delivery.
• Own the implementation and delivery of customer experiences for Conversational AI.
• Collaborate with development, QA, and customer teams to meet implementation goals.
• Participate in on-call rotations to support deployed systems and resolve issues.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of professional software engineering experience.
• B.S. in Computer Science or a related field.
• Strong proficiency in TypeScript, JavaScript, or Python.
• Proven experience implementing Generative AI and Agentic AI applications in production.
• Hands-on experience working with REST APIs.
• Familiarity with cloud infrastructure and deployment practices.
• Ability to communicate effectively with customers and demonstrate empathy.
