Description

Key Responsibilities:
✅ Design, develop, and deploy GenAI-powered solutions using Devin, Claude Code, and Cursor
✅ Integrate GenAI tools into enterprise SDLC workflows, CI/CD pipelines, and internal platforms
✅ Partner with Line of Business (LOB) teams to accelerate product delivery through AI-enabled engineering practices
✅ Drive onboarding, training, and adoption of GenAI tools across engineering teams
✅ Establish best practices for prompt engineering, workflow integration, and AI-assisted development
✅ Troubleshoot, optimize, and scale AI-driven development workflows
Required Technical Skills:
🔹 Strong Full Stack Development experience (Java, React/Angular, TypeScript, Python)
🔹 Experience with Distributed Systems, APIs, Event-Driven Architectures, and Microservices
🔹 Hands-on CI/CD and Developer Tooling expertise
🔹 Cloud experience with OCP, GCP, or similar platforms
