You will design, develop, and deploy GenAI-powered solutions to accelerate enterprise product delivery.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Integrate GenAI tools into enterprise SDLC workflows, CI/CD pipelines, and internal platforms.
• Partner with Line of Business teams to implement AI-enabled engineering practices.
• Drive onboarding, training, and adoption of GenAI tools across engineering teams.
• Establish best practices for prompt engineering, workflow integration, and AI-assisted development.
• Troubleshoot, optimize, and scale AI-driven development workflows.

Required Skills

• Strong Full Stack Development experience with Java, React/Angular, TypeScript, and Python.
• Experience with Distributed Systems, APIs, Event-Driven Architectures, and Microservices.
• Hands-on expertise with CI/CD and Developer Tooling.
• Cloud experience with OCP, GCP, or similar platforms.
• Practical application of Devin, Claude/Anthropic Models, and Cursor or Copilot-equivalent tools.
• Deep understanding of Prompt Engineering, RAG, and Multi-Agent Architectures.
• Knowledge of MCP (Model Context Protocol), Agentic Services, and AI Orchestration.

Preferred Skills

• 12+ years of engineering experience.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field.
