Description

You will architect, deploy, and improve AI Agents directly with customers.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Own the end-to-end delivery of customer experiences by deploying AI Agents, MCP, and RAG solutions in production.
• Build tools specifically designed to tune LLM-based features.
• Design and own the integration of Conversational AI solutions, including specification work.
• Collaborate across development, QA, and customer teams to ensure implementation quality.
• Participate in regular on-call rotations to support live systems.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of professional experience.
• B.S. or greater in Computer Science or a related quantitative field.
• Proven experience with Typescript, JavaScript, or Python.
• Hands-on experience deploying generative AI and agentic AI applications in production.
• Experience working with REST APIs.
• Familiarity with cloud infrastructure.
• Knowledge of LLMs, MCP, and RAG patterns.
• Strong sense of ownership and customer empathy.
