You will deploy, customize, and scale solutions for supply chain customers, acting as the bridge between business needs and technical implementation.

You will partner with stakeholders to translate requirements into technical solutions, lead architecture and troubleshooting efforts, and optimize performance in real-world environments.

Responsibilities

• Deploy and customize solutions to meet specific customer business needs.
• Lead architecture design, troubleshooting, and performance improvements.
• Collaborate with product and engineering teams to drive product enhancements.
• Translate complex business problems into technical solutions using AI and automation.
• Mentor junior engineers and serve as a trusted technical advisor.

Required Skills

• 8+ years of experience in software engineering or technical consulting.
• Strong hands-on coding and system design skills.
• Proficiency in Python, SQL, and Snowflake.
• Experience implementing AI, GenAI, and automation tools to solve business problems.
• Demonstrated ability to work directly with business stakeholders and customers.

Preferred Skills

• Knowledge of Supply Chain and Procurement processes.
