Role Overview

We are looking for a highly driven and analytical professional to join the Founder’s Office and work closely with the founders on strategic, operational, and execution-focused initiatives. This role offers high exposure to leadership, business strategy, and cross-functional operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Support founders in strategic planning, analysis, and execution of key initiatives
• Conduct market research, competitor analysis, and business studies
• Track business KPIs, prepare MIS reports, and present insights
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely execution of projects
• Assist in process improvement and operational efficiency initiatives
• Prepare presentations, reports, and decision-support documents
• Manage sensitive information with confidentiality and professionalism
• Support ad-hoc projects and special assignments from founders

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and work independently
• Strong coordination and stakeholder management skills
• Good understanding of business operations and basic finance
• High ownership mindset and attention to detail
