Description

You will own the core AI development for the product.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Fine-tune LLMs and design Retrieval Augmented Generation (RAG) pipelines.
• Build tooling to customize agent behavior and explore multi-agent simulations.
• Collaborate with product, game, and frontend teams to implement AI features.
• Apply strong Data Structures and Algorithms skills to solve complex engineering problems.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in AI/ML development.
• Proficiency in Python.
• Hands-on experience with RAG implementation and prompt engineering.
• Experience with LangChain and Pinecone, or similar vector databases.
• Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure).

Preferred Skills

• GitHub portfolio demonstrating AI/ML projects.
• Experience with deep learning or chatbot architectures.
