Build and scale generative AI applications and vertical foundational models for the wealth and insurance sectors.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Build NLP algorithms and LLMs, managing the end-to-end pipeline from data collection to performance evaluation.
• Improve AI copilot answer grounding, data lineage visualization, embedding models, and retrieval algorithms.
• Analyze model usage behavior to refine LLM alignment and instruction tuning processes.
• Conduct research into latest NLP and LLM advancements to enhance core AI capabilities.

Required Skills

• Strong understanding of Transformers and latest NLP developments.
• Hands-on experience with PyTorch, DeepSpeed, and HF Transformers.
• Experience with model training, evaluation, and MLOps in cloud environments.
• Proficiency in data scraping, cleaning, and processing.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related field.
• Strong CS fundamentals and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to work independently and improve upon technical requirements.

Preferred Skills

• Master's degree in a relevant technical field.
• 2+ years of full-time professional experience.
