Description

You will manage and analyze financial data for the AI Engineering Operations team, providing actionable insights to support strategic decision-making within a technical environment.

Responsibilities

• Conduct financial analysis and reporting on discretionary spending, purchase orders, contingent labor, and CapEx.
• Develop and maintain complex financial models tailored to engineering operations.
• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports, including variance analysis against budgets and forecasts for engineering projects.
• Collaborate with engineers and technical teams to translate financial data into operational guidance.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in FP&A.
• Experience supporting engineering or technical operations.
• Expertise in financial modeling and data analysis.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
• Experience with Hyperion, SAP, or Oracle.
• Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Accounting, Engineering, or a related field.
